Melinda Barnes has been working in Sutherland Shire real estate since 2005, building nearly two decades of specialist knowledge across property management and residential sales in Miranda, Gymea, Caringbah South and the broader Shire.

Starting as a Property Management Specialist, Melinda progressed through senior roles at prominent agencies across the Sutherland Shire and Melbourne CBD before becoming a partner in the Property Management division at Signature Property.

In 2024, she fulfilled her long-held ambition of owning her own agency and Signature Property Agents was born.

Today, Melinda's clients are primarily property investors and landlords who want a Sales agent or a property manager who understands both the numbers and the day-to-day reality of managing a rental portfolio.

She combines boutique personal attention with the market knowledge that only comes from nearly 21 years on the ground in one market.
