I've spent more than 20 years in Sutherland Shire real estate, and I own investment property myself. Those two facts explain everything about how I run Signature Property Agents.

I started in property management in 2005, leased hundreds of properties across the Shire, then moved into sales before taking ownership of Signature. Today I oversee every property we manage and every campaign we run as Licensee in Charge.

Being an investor changes how I do this job. I know what a late rent payment feels like from the owner's side. I know the difference a proactive rent review makes over ten years. So my standard is simple: every property gets managed, and every home gets sold, the way I'd want my own handled.

We're a boutique team of three on purpose. You deal with people who know your property personally, not a call centre. Our pricing is simple too, no hidden fees.
